Coriolis Meters

Overview

Camcor Coriolis flow meters offer an excellent value proposition to a diverse range of application. Functioning on their own that are able measure fluids with an extreme range of viscosities, densities, temperatures, chemical compositions and rates of flow. When connected to a Scanner 3000 series flow computer the pair can provide watercut determination, accounting records and performance enhancements.

They are offered in two series:

CamCor CT Series. This top-of-the-line custody transfer grade Coriolis flow meter offers the highest performance for accuracy, repeatability, over a wide flow range.

CamCor PRO Series
The CamCor PRO Series offers a balance of economy and performance for oilfield production applications.

  • Deep U-shaped dual sensors maximize accuracy
  • Flow rate turndown up to 200:1
  • Low-temperature models suitable for cryogenic fluids, such as LNG, down to -328˚F (-200˚C)
  • High-temperature models suitable for temperatures up to +662˚ F (+350˚ C)
  • Suitable for liquids and gases
  • Standard sensor sizes from from <1mm through 10” 
  • Ability to measure rates from 0-0.032 GPH to 0-423,000 BPD*
  • Flow rate uncertainty on liquids +/- 0.1% (+/- zero stability error)
  • Density uncertainty +/- 0.0005 g/ml (CC003 through CC250)
  • Wetted materials are 316/316L SST or Alloy C22
  • OIML R117 metrology qualification
CAMCOR PRO SERIES
Cameron CamCor PRO Series
  • Shallow bow-shaped dual sensors minimize pressure loss
  • Flow rate turndown up to 50:1
  • Suitable for liquids only
  • Nominal sensor sizes from 1/4” through 2”
  • Ability to measure rates from 0.264 GPM to 423 GPM*
  • Flow rate uncertainty on liquids +/- 0.2% (+/- zero stability error)
  • Density uncertainty +/- 0.003 g/ml
  • Wetted materials are 316/316L SST


Both series also feature:

  • Transmitters available as integral or remote-mounted
  • Extensive I/O count, including dual independent pulse outputs, dual independent analog outputs, status input, and status output
  • Communications: Modbus* RS-485 and HART* compliant
  • Easy configuration via infrared sensors or EZ-Link interface software
  • Self-diagnostic display informs user of potential problems
  • Diagnostic check for pipeline vibration and media pulsation
  • End connections offered: ASME flanged, threaded and tri-clover ferrule (depending on the meter size)
