We are committed to driving the conversation about equality in the workplace. And that includes improving the gender balance in the oil and gas industry.
We were recently at the Rockwell Automation Fair, inspired by the amount of female delegates in attendance. Despite this, there is always work to do. To close the gender gap in our industry, initiatives like our ‘Lean In’ program are one way we’re helping to empower women to join and lead our organization. And while we are a STEM business, we see female talent rising up throughout our technical and non-technical departments.
