From campus dreams to corporate innovation

At Sensia, we believe innovation begins with fresh perspectives. That’s why we’re proud to welcome bright young minds straight from campus into our teams—offering them not just a job, but a launchpad for growth, learning, and impact.

This year, we welcomed three exceptional graduates—Samrajya Pujari, Shrikant Sarode, and Manasi Jadhav—who have already begun making their mark. Their journey from college classrooms to contributing to real-world projects reflects Sensia’s culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning.

For Samrajya, joining Sensia was a moment of excitement and discovery. He was intrigued by the company’s unique position as a collaboration between Rockwell and SLB and impressed by the clarity and warmth of the onboarding process. Shrikant, who has expertise in Frontend Development, shared how the openness of the culture and the support from his team made him feel at home from day one.

Manasi is working on automating infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure on Azure and Kubernetes deployment, appreciated professionalism and structure, noting how well-organized the onboarding and team communication were.

When asked to describe Sensia’s culture in one word, the responses were clear: Innovative, Collaborative, and Supportive. Samrajya highlighted the company’s creative and dynamic environment. Shrikant emphasized the value placed on teamwork, while Manasi noted how approachable leaders are and how everyone is encouraged to contribute.

In just a few weeks, these new joiners have already made meaningful progress. Samrajya has mastered DevOps and advanced automation techniques. Shrikant has begun working with Angular 19 and UI/UX design, building confidence in his skills. Manasi has embraced proactive learning, asked questions and taken initiative, which has helped her adapt quickly and meaningfully to her new role.

Each of them also had a defining moment in their first month. For Samrajya, it was witnessing the openness of knowledge sharing during team meetings. Shrikant felt instantly included during a warm and personal team introduction. Manasi was inspired by an interactive session with the Chief Technology Officer, where she learned about Sensia’s long-term vision and tech strategy.

Their advice to future campus hires is simple but powerful: embrace curiosity, ask questions, and take initiative. These values are not just encouraged at Sensia—they’re celebrated.
