Shortfall analysis and management in Avocet - Eastern Hemisphere

Operators require the capability to identify, classify, and categorize shortfalls so that they can prioritize their actions for improvements. Additionally, operators want to identify and track operational improvement opportunity that can deliver additional production without significant capital investment.

Shortfall management functionality in Avocet assists operators and engineers in classifying and estimating shortfalls. Shortfall measurements compare production against forecasted, nominated, budgeted, and/or targeted key performance indicator (KPI) values. The system assists in generating data for analysis and allows operators to enter opportunities for short-term and long-term production deficiency management.
