Overview
The CALDON LEFM Ultrasonic G3 Wall Mount (G3WM) Transmitter measures feedwater mass flow to within 0.3% and temperature to within 0.6 °F (0.33 °C) when connected to the LEFM CheckPlus meter body. While frequently a subcomponent of the LEFM CheckPlus C3P system, the G3WM can be operated as a standalone transmitter. When used in conjunction with an LEFM CheckPlus meter body, it can be used to calibrate or correct existing plant flow measurement technology for lost megawatt recovery. Megawatt recovery takes advantage of the LEFM’s immunity to fouling or drift experienced by differential pressure flow meters which can result in reduced plant power output.
An integrated 400 x 240 pixel LCD shows the system information, meter’s indicated flow, totalized flow, fluid properties, and diagnostics data.
